Terms & Conditions

1.Services provided

We supply:

• Licence to use our custom-built Expert Advisor (EA) software
• Technical setup, installation, and configuration of the EA
• Guidance and assistance in opening funded trading accounts (in the client's own name only)
• VPS hosting setup, ongoing monitoring, updates, and technical support

• Hold, receive, or manage client money or trading capital
• Have access to withdraw funds from any client's account
• Act as a financial adviser, broker, or regulated investment manager

2.Client responsibilities

• All trading accounts remain the sole property and full responsibility of the client
• The client must ensure they comply with the rules of their chosen broker or prop firm
• The client is responsible for checking local laws and regulations in their own country regarding automated trading and trading services
• You understand that trading carries risk — you may lose as well as gain money

3.Fees & payments

• Fees are as agreed and stated on the invoice
• Payments are accepted in GBP, USD, EUR, or other agreed currencies
• All payments are non-refundable once the service or software licence has been delivered, unless otherwise agreed in writing
• We are a UK sole trader with turnover below the current VAT threshold — no VAT is charged on services to clients inside or outside the UK
• Any local taxes, withholding taxes, or bank charges in the client's country are the responsibility of the client

4.Use of software

• The EA is licensed for use only by the named client, on their own accounts
• You may not copy, modify, resell, or distribute the EA or its code without our written permission
• We do not guarantee that the EA will work on every platform or account type — compatibility is checked before setup

6.International clients & governing law

• These terms apply to clients in all countries worldwide
• The agreement is governed by and interpreted under the laws of England and Wales
• Any disputes will be handled under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales
• We do not represent that our services comply with regulations in every country — it is the client's duty to confirm they are legally allowed to use our services in their location

7.Liability limitation

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for any direct or indirect financial loss, missed profits, or damage resulting from the use of our software or services
• Our total liability under any claim is limited to the total amount you have paid us for the specific service in question
